SHACMAN is a heavy commercial vehicle manufacturer in China, specializing in the production and sales of trucks and special vehicles. The following is the flow of the SHACMAN production line:
1、Parts production: SHACMAN's production line starts from a parts production workshop. This includes the manufacturing of engines, chassis, bodies, and other key components.SHACMAN usually produces most of the key components in its own factories to ensure quality and supply chain control.
2、Assembly line: After the production of parts is completed, the parts will be sent to the assembly line. Workers on the assembly line assemble the parts into a complete truck or special vehicle. This includes installing the engine, chassis, body, electrical system, and other necessary components.
3、Quality Control: SHACMAN attaches great importance to quality control. After the assembly is completed, each vehicle will go through strict quality inspections to ensure that it meets the company's standards and customers' requirements. These inspections include appearance inspection, performance test, and safety test.
4. Painting and Spraying: Vehicles that have been assembled and passed quality control will be sent to the painting workshop. Here, the outer surface of the vehicle will be sandblasted, sanded, and painted to provide protection and decorative effect.
5. Final assembly and commissioning: After painting, the vehicle will be returned to the assembly line for final assembly and commissioning. This includes fitting doors, windows, seats, dashboards, and other interior fittings, as well as carrying out commissioning and testing of the electrical system.
6. Quality re-inspection: After final assembly and commissioning, the vehicle will undergo another quality inspection to ensure that all components and systems are working properly and meet quality standards.
7, Factory and Delivery: After all the production and quality control processes, the completed vehicle will be ready for factory and delivery to the customer. This includes performing a final cleaning and inspection and arranging logistics transportation to get the vehicle to its destination.
